Jayden McKeen garnered First Team All-American honors in the javelin on Thursday evening on the first day of the 2025 NCAA Outdoor Track & Field Championships at the SPIRE Complex.

McKeen maintained second after improving his throw to 65.85 meters in the first round of the final three rounds and posted his best throw in his final attempt to secure his finish.
McKeen added to his season that saw him be named the Centennial Conference Outdoor Field Athlete of the Year, win a second straight silver medal at Centennial Championships, and garner USTFCCCA All-Metro Region honors.
