ITA All-Academic Teams
COLLEGEVILLE, Pa. – The Ursinus women's tennis team netted a host of academic honors from the Intercollegiate Tennis Association (ITA) for their performance in the classroom during the 2024-25 academic year, announced by the organization on Wednesday morning
The Bears were named an All-Academic Team and had six players recognized as ITA Scholar-Athletes with five earning it for the first time in their respective careers.
To earn All-Academic Team status, programs must have a grade-point average of 3.20 or above. To be recognized as an ITA Scholar-Athlete, student-athletes must post a GPA of at least 3.50.
The following Bears were named ITA Scholar-Athletes:
Fiona Finnerty
Julia Nitz
Morgan Coupe
Katie Yu
Kate Rubinkam
Allie Armour
Additionally, Armour, Coupe, and Rubinkam were named to the Centennial Conference Academic Honor Roll after achieving at least a 3.40 cumulative GPA.
