CSC Academic All-District Women's Tennis
 
COLLEGEVILLE, Pa. – Three Ursinus Women's Tennis members were named to the College Sports Communicators (CSC) Academic All-District Women's Tennis team, announced by the organization on Tuesday afternoon.
 
 
Senior Kate Rubinkam along with junior Morgan Coupe and sophomore Katie Yu represented the Bears on the team recognizes the nation's top student-athletes for their combined performances in the classroom and on the field of competition. Rubinkam earned her third career selection while Coupe was a repeat selection and Yu earned it for the first time in her career.
 
 
 
A political science major, Rubinkam ranked second on the team with eight singles wins with three wins out of the No. 5 spot. She tied for the team lead with nine doubles wins with five coming out of the No. 2 spot and four in the No. 3 spot. Eight of those doubles wins came alongside Coupe as the duo led the team with eight doubles wins.
 
 
 
Coupe, a psychology major, led the team with nine singles wins with four coming out of the No. 4 spot. She also led the team with three Centennial Conference singles wins. Coupe ranked third on the team with eight doubles wins that all came competing with Rubinkam.   
  
 
 
Yu, an art/biology major, totaled a pair of singles wins with one coming out of the No. 1 spot and other in the No. 2 spot. She tied for the team lead with Rubinkam with nine doubles wins with six coming from the No. 3 spot and three at the No. 1 spot. Yu won five of her doubles matches with first-year Sara Steelesmith.
