ITA All-Academic Teams
ITA Scholar Athletes
COLLEGEVILLE, Pa. – The Ursinus women's tennis team netted a host of academic honors from the Intercollegiate Tennis Association (ITA) for their performance in the classroom during the 2025-26 academic year, announced recently by the organization.
The Bears were named an All-Academic Team and had five players recognized as ITA Scholar-Athletes.
To earn All-Academic Team status, programs must have a grade-point average of 3.20 or above. To be recognized as an ITA Scholar-Athlete, student-athletes must post a GPA of at least 3.50.
The following Bears were named ITA Scholar-Athletes:
Caroline Daly
Morgan Coupe
Sara Steelesmith
Bella Vassalluzzo
Kate Rubinkam
Additionally, Coupe, Rubinkam, Vassalluzzo, plus sophomore
Katie Yu were named to the Centennial Conference Academic Honor Roll after achieving at least a 3.40 cumulative GPA while Rubinkam, Coupe, and Yu garnered College Sports Communicators (CSC) Academic All-District honors.
