COLLEGEVILLE, Pa. – The Ursinus College women's wrestling team tallied a 3-1 record while hosting the Ursinus Duals on Sunday afternoon inside the Floy Lewis Bakes Center.
The Bears earned victories over Wilkes University (40-1), Arcadia University (40-1) and Felician University (29-17) but fell to No. 15 East Stroudsburg (22-19).
"The coaches were really proud of how we competed today," Director of Wrestling
Joe Jamison said. "We battled in every dual meet, and even though we lost to ESU, we felt it was a good representation of who we are as a program. As we continue to grow, our brand is hard-nosed, tough wrestling. Nothing makes me happier than that."
