Four Women's Basketball Players Earn CSC Academic All-District

COLLEGEVILLE, Pa. – Four members of the Ursinus Women's Basketball team were named to the College Sports Communicators (CSC) All-District team, announced by the organization on Tuesday afternoon.
 
 
 
Seniors Ava Possenti and Makenna Foder plus juniors Colleen Blackman and Erin Glanz represented the Bears on the team recognizes the nation's top student-athletes for their combined performances in the classroom and on the field of competition. Foder earned her third straight selection, Blackman and Glanz earned their second straight selections, and Possenti garnered her first CSC honor.
 
 
 
Possenti, a media and communications studies major, completed her career by completing her best season to date. Possenti maintained her status as one of the most feared defenders in the Centennial Conference by being named the Centennial Conference Defensive Player of the Year. She blitzed her single season steals record with 130 total and 4.8 per game. Possenti ranked third in all of NCAA Division III in both categories while yarding the Centennial Conference. She became the Bears all-time steals leader with 297 in addition to having her best offensive season of her career at 12.6 points per game that was good for second on the team.
 
 

Foder, a health and exercise physiology major, once again ran the Bears offense and led the team while ranking 10th in the Centennial Conference at 2.7 assists per game. She was just off her career-high in points per game at 3.4 and ranked second on the team with a career-high 1.6 steals per game while also setting a career best at 2.9 per game.    
 
 

Blackman, a Health & Exercise and Physiology/ Psychology dual major, once again did most of her work from beyond the arc as she led the Bears with 51 three-pointers and with a 29.7 three-point field goal percentage. She tied for fourth in the Centennial in total three-pointers and eighth in percentage while ranking third in the league at 2.0 three-pointers made per game. Blackman ranked third on the team at 9.0 points per game.
 
 

A Finances/Health and Exercise Physiology major, Glanz worked her way into the starting lineup during the 2025-26 and maintained her 4.0 cumulative GPA. She made a career-high 16 starts for Ursinus and set career-highs at both 5.2 points per game, 2.0 rebounds per game, and 1.3 assists per game. Glanz recorded five double-digit point outings with three of them coming down the stretch in February.
