WEST CHESTER, Pa. – The Ursinus Men's Track & Field team had a couple athletes compete at the West Chester Last Chance Meet on Friday afternoon as they began their final stretch of the season before the NCAA Outdoor Championships.
First-year
Noah Tapler highlighted the meet by claiming the long jump at a personal best mark of 6.84 meters. The Centennial Conference champion in the event continued his recent tear by coming just .9 of the Bears outdoor long jump school record.
Junior
Jaxon Geddio finished second in the high jump after clearing the bar at 1.83 meters and senior
David Piotrowski was fourth at 1.78 meters. First-year
Brayden Davis finished 15th in the 200-meter dash after posting a personal best time of 23.07.
The Bears return to action on Monday, May 11th as they will compete in the Widener Last Chance Meet starting at 10:00 a.m.
