Tobin, a biochemistry and molecular biology graduate, earned his third CSC Academic All-District nod. He finished a decorated Ursinus career with a strong outdoor season that saw him reset his own school record in the 200 meters on a time of 21.26 at the Widener Last Chance Meet. Tobin won the 200 meters at the AARTFC Championships in a thriller and earned USTFCCCA All-Metro Region for the event along with his 4x100 relay team. Tobin won a pair of silver medals, including one in the 200, at the Centennial Championships.
A mathematics and computer science graduate, Ryan repeated his CSC All-District selection from last year. He wrapped up his Ursinus career by claiming the bronze medal in the 400-meter hurdles at the Centennial Conference Outdoor Track & Field Championships. It was his second straight Centennial Outdoor Championship with a medal.
A history graduate, Johnston earned his first career CSC Academic All-District honor after concluding his career at Ursinus that saw him as a member of both the cross country and men's track & field team. Johnston became the first Ursinus Men's Cross Country member to become a three-time All-Metro Region recipient last Fall. He competed primarily in the mile and 1,500 meters during the Track & Field Seasons and was a member of multiple relay teams, primarily on the 4x800 and Distance Medley Relay teams.
Kensil, a business economics major, was also a first-time selection to the CSC Academic All-District team. He emerged as one of the top throwers for Ursinus this season by earning All-Metro Region nods in the shot put for both the indoor and outdoor seasons. Kensil earned medals in both seasons for the shot put with a bronze at the Centennial Indoor Championships and silver in the Centennial Outdoor Championships.
A Physics/Mathematics major, Baer was another first-time selection for the CSC Academic All-District team. Baer competed in the hurdles for Ursinus and set a career best mark in the 400-meter hurdles this spring. He also competed on the 4x400 relay team at the Centennial Outdoor Championships.
Cummings, an educational studies/French major, rounded out the selections as the fourth Bear to earn Academic All-District honors for the first time in their respective careers. He competes in the hurdles for Ursinus and set both career best times in the 60 and 400 meter hurdles this past year.
The six were most student-athletes that the Ursinus Men's Track & Field have landed Academic All-District honors from CSC.
