Six Earn CSC Women's At-Large Academic All-District Honors

COLLEGEVILLE, Pa. – Six female student-athletes earned College Sports Communicators (CSC) Academic All-District honors in the At-Large division as announced by the organization on Tuesday afternoon.
 
 
Recent graduate Kalli Roskos of women's wrestling, recent graduate Gigi Testa and rising senior Marie Brainard of field hockey, rising senior Erin Roe of gymnastics, plus recent graduate Sophia Curtis and rising senior Dana DeSiato were all named to the team.
 
 
Academic All-District recognizes student-athletes for their performance both on the field and in the classroom as honorees must have a GPA of 3.5 or higher and be a key starter/reserve for their respective team.
 
 
 
A health and exercise physiology graduate, Roskos earned her third career CSC Academic All-District nod after making the women's soccer All-District team in 2023 and 2024. finished the 2025-26 season with 26-8 overall record and wrapped up her Ursinus Women's Wrestling career as the current program career wins leader at 83 as one of the pioneers of the young program. She is a two-time NCWWC Championship Qualifier and recorded two wins at the 2025 Championship. Roskos became the program's first regional champion at 124 lbs. in 2025 and is a three-time NWCA Scholar All-American.
 
 
 
Testa, a Health and Exercise Physiology graduate, garnered her first career CSC Academic All-District nod that complimented a career year in her final season on the Ursinus Field Hockey team. She earned NFHCA All-Region Second Team Honors and All-Centennial Conference First Team honors behind her steady midfield play. Testa ranked fourth on the team with nine points in 2025 behind four goals and one assist. She tied for third on the team with her four goals
 
 
 
Brainard, an Educational Studies major, repeated her CSC All-District Team selection from last season after another strong season helping power the Bears offense. She earned All-Centennial Second Team honors by ranking second on the team with 17 points behind tying for the team lead with six goals and ranking second on the team with five assists.
 
 
 
 
A health and exercise physiology major, Roe makes her CSC Academic All-District team debut after putting together one of the most decorated seasons by an Ursinus gymnast in program history. Roe earned a spot in the NCGA Championship Meet for the third straight year and earned All-American honors in three separate events: the All-Around, Vault, and Bars by finishing in the top eight in all three events for the second straight year. She also picked up a trio of WCGA Regular Season All-American nods in the same events. Roe claimed the Bears first All-Around East Region title since 2015 and set both the Ursinus and NCGA East All-Around single meet record at Towson with a score of 38.950. She was named one of the two NCGA Gymnasts of the Year by College Gym News and earned PhillySIDA Academic All-Area honors. 
 
 
 
 
A Health and Exercise Physiology graduate, Curtis also earns her first career CSC Academic All-District nod that adds to a lengthy list of accomplishments both on and off the field. Curtis recorded a career best 41 caused turnovers that tied for second most all-time in a single season in program history and led the Centennial Conference in the regular season. She posted a Centennial best 2.41 caused turnovers per game and ranked second on the team and is ninth in the Centennial with 40 ground balls. Curtis was named an All-American Honorable Mention pick by USA Lacrosse Magazine while garnering IWLCA All-Metro Region First Team honors and All-Centennial Conference First Team honors for the first time in her career. Academically, her 4.0 GPA carried her to be named one of the overall Centennial Conference Women's Scholar Athletes of the Year in addition to already earning the conference's Women's Lacrosse Scholar Athlete of the Year nod.
 
 
 
DeSiato, a health and exercise physiology major, was the fourth of this group to earn CSC Academic All-District honors for the first time in their respective careers. DeSiato was the catalyst to the Bears offense as she paced the team with 69 points behind a team-leading 54 assists while adding 15 goals. She led the Centennial Conference in assists and assists per game at 3.18 and ranked 13th in NCAA Division III in total assists. DeSiato earned IWLCA All-Metro Region Second Team along with All-Centennial Second Team honors and recorded at least four points in nine of the Bears games this season. She eclipsed the career century mark in two stats this season by recording both her 100th career point and assist.
