COLLEGEVILLE, Pa. – Washington College's Matt Lewis scored two goals and added two assists as the 19th-ranked Shoremen (10-4, 7-1 Centennial) clinched the number one seed in the Centennial Conference tournament with a 9-3 win over Ursinus (6-9, 2-6 Centennial) Saturday afternoon in men's lacrosse play.

Bennett Cord added in two goals as the Shoremen scored the game's first five goals.

For Ursinus, freshman attack Mark Stratton (Lititz, Pa./Manheim Township) had a team-high two goals while adding in an assist.

Individually, sophomore Shawn Caven (Yardley, Pa./Pennsbury) was 6-for-13 on faceoffs.

Junior goalkeeper T.J. Magnani (Bear, Del./St. Mark's) made 11 saves in the loss.
