READING, Pa. – The Ursinus College men's golf team returned to the links on Wednesday afternoon competing at the Albright Spring Invitational and finishing eighth at the Galen Hall Golf Club.
During the rainy afternoon five Bears competed at the Galen Hall Golf Club, a par-72 course that stretches over 5,933-yards. Ursinus landed on a team total of 363 finishing in eighth place, while Albright College won the team title behind a final tally of 320. DeSales University placed second (328), Eastern University earned a third-place nod (331), Albright B-Team took fourth (332), and Rutgers-Camden rounded out the top-five with a team tally of 339.

Evan Coffey paced the Bears lineup with tying for the team's lowest round of the day, signing for an 87 each. First-year
Brandon Mongan tied a career-best score shooting a 93 on the day which tied his performance at the Muhlenberg Invitational back on October 9th. First-year
Logan Jones and sophomore
Jimmy Cage rounded out the Bears competing finishing with a 96 and 101, respectively.
The Bears return to action on Monday, April 8th as they travel to Wilmington, Delaware to compete at the two-day tournament, The Northeast Shootout held at the DuPont Country Club.
