LANCASTER, Pa. – Senior
Devon Greaves was named the Centennial Conference Men's Track & Field Track Athlete of the Week, announced by the Conference on Tuesday afternoon.
Greaves posted the top time in the conference in the 400-meter hurdles at the Ursinus Track & Field Festival over the weekend. The senior crossed the line in a season-best 56.69, which is nearly a second faster than the next-closest time in the conference and won the event. Greaves time is also seventh fastest in the Metro Region.
This is the first time in his career that Greaves has earned a weekly award from the Centennial and the second straight Bear to earn the accolade after sophomore
Aiden Tobin did so last week.
The Bears return to action on Saturday, April 13th as they open at Bucknell's Bison Classic starting at 12:00 p.m.
