All-Centennial Team
LANCASTER, Pa. – The Ursinus Men's Lacrosse team saw a pair of student-athletes named to the All-Centennial Conference team, announced by the league on Wednesday morning.
Senior
Christopher Pucciarelli and junior
Harry Sweitzer were both named to the All-Centennial Conference second team.
Pucciarelli earned his third straight All-Centennial nod and his second straight second team nod. He registered 30 points behind scoring 16 goals and dishing out 14 assists. He tied for the team lead in assists and tied for second on the team in both goals and total points. Pucciarelli reached the 100-career point plateau against Muhlenberg back in mid-April becoming the 15th player in program history to achieve the feat.
Sweitzer garnered his second straight All-Centennial nod and first time being on the second team. Sweitzer powered the Bears offense with a team-leading 46 points and 34 goals while adding 12 assists. He ranked fifth in the Centennial Conference with 2.27 goals per game, sixth in total goals, and tied for eighth in points. Sweitzer had an outstanding month of April by totaling 25 points behind 17 goals and eight assists. He recorded four goals in four straight games during the month of April and matched his career high of six points twice in that stretch.
