COLLEGEVILLE, Pa. – A pair male student-athletes earned College Sports Communicators (CSC) Academic All-District honors in the At-Large division as announced by the organization on Tuesday afternoon.
 
 
Rising seniors Billy Breslin of men's golf and Harry Sweitzer of men's lacrosse represented the Bears on the team.
 
 
Academic All-District recognizes student-athletes for their performance both on the field and in the classroom as honorees must have a GPA of 3.5 or higher and be a key starter/reserve for their respective team.
 
 
 
An applied economics major, Sweitzer was a repeat selection on the At-Large team. Sweitzer also garnered his second straight All-Centennial nod and first time being on the second team. Sweitzer powered the Bears offense with a team-leading 46 points and 34 goals while adding 12 assists. He ranked fifth in the Centennial Conference with 2.27 goals per game, sixth in total goals, and tied for eighth in points. Sweitzer had an outstanding month of April by totaling 25 points behind 17 goals and eight assists. He recorded four goals in four straight games during the month of April and matched his career high of six points twice in that stretch.
 
 
 
 
A finance major, Breslin was steady for the Ursinus Men's Golf team this past season. Breslin recorded a career low 71 (-1) at the Bears Spring Awakening Match and tied for first overall to only lose the tiebreaker for the overall win. Breslin posted the Bears low round six times last season with five of them coming in the fall portion of the schedule. He finished 36th overall at the Centennial Conference Championships.
