Ursinus Hall of Fame
Furman dazzled as a member of the Ursinus Gymnastics team. Furman was a five-time NCGA All-American for the Bears with three of the accolades coming on the bars and two on All-Around. She finished second on the bars twice and had one fourth-place finish during her career appearances at the NCGA Championship Meet. Furman also earned second and ninth place finishes for all-around. Furman set the Ursinus beam record score with a nine-eight in 2004 and held it for nine years until it was broken in 2013 by Kristin Aichele. Furman was equally as impressive in the classroom as she earned a spot on the ESPN Academic All-American at large team twice.
