Cousart was a three-time All-Centennial Selection and earned NABC and D3hoops.com Second Team All-Region honors as a senior in 2010. Cousart was an integral part in helping lead the Bears to the 2008 Centennial Conference Championship and their second-ever appearance in the NCAA Final Four. Cousart remains as the only player in Centennial Conference history to record over 1,000 points, 700 rebounds, and 500 assists for their career. He ranks third all-time in Centennial history for assists, fifth in assists per game, and 17th in total rebounds.
