Ursinus College

Cappa was an integral part for Ursinus Field Hockey in one of the most dominant stretches in the program's history. She was a member of the 2006 National Championship team and helped lead the Bears to a Centennial Conference title in all four years on the team. A third-team All-American, Cappa also earned first-team All-Region honors in 2007. Cappa was named to the All-Centennial second team in 2005 and 2007.
